Questions We Get Asked A Lot
Do you clean the whole yard?
Yes! We work with you to identify all the spots that your dog likes to attend to their private business - whether that's the front or back yard, flower beds, or that sneaky spot beside the shed. If your dog can get to it, we'll check it.
What if it's been a while since the yard was cleaned?
No judgement at all. Let us know it's a catch-up clean when you get your quote, so we can price it properly and bring extra bags.
Do I need to be home?
No — most customers aren't. As long as we can safely access the yard, we'll do the clean and send a gate-closed photo when it's done.
Will you text before you arrive?
We don't give a fixed arrival window, since routes vary day to day, but we'll send a text when we're on our way so you're never caught off guard.
Can you clean with my dog in the yard?
Yes — most visits happen with a friendly dog right there keeping us company. We just ask that dogs showing aggression be brought inside during the visit, for everyone's safety.
What if my dog isn't friendly with strangers?
Totally fine — just let us know and pop them inside during the visit, or tell us a good time when they'll be away from the yard.
How do you dispose of the waste?
We responsibly dispose of all pet waste in accordance with NSW state guidelines. For your convenience, waste is double-bagged to lock in odours and neatly placed in your general waste bin ready for council collection.
Is there a contract?
No contracts, ever. Start, pause or cancel your service any time by text or email.
How do you calculate the monthly price?
Because most months don't have exactly 4 weeks. A weekly plan means 52 visits a year, which averages to about 4.33 visits a month — some months get 5 visits, others get 4. Rather than changing your bill every month, we charge one flat monthly rate based on that average, so your price stays the same all year, even in 5-visit months.
