These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Platinum Poops ("we", "us", "our"), a dog waste removal service based in Concord, NSW, serving the Inner West and City of Canada Bay area. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our service
Platinum Poops provides residential dog waste removal on a weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or one-off basis, as agreed with you at the time of booking. The scope of each visit — areas to be cleared, frequency, and price — is confirmed with you before your first service.
2. No lock-in contracts
We don't require long-term contracts. You may start, pause, or cancel your service at any time by contacting us via text, phone, or email. We appreciate as much notice as reasonably possible so we can adjust our schedule, but there's no cancellation fee for standard recurring plans.
3. Pricing and payment
Current pricing is published on our website and confirmed with you at the time of quote. Prices are quoted per visit and may vary based on the number of dogs, yard size, and yard condition (for example, catch-up or deep clean-ups). We reserve the right to update our pricing from time to time; any change will not apply to a visit already booked and confirmed at an earlier price.
Payment terms, including accepted payment methods, will be confirmed with you directly and may be updated as our payment processing options change.
4. Property access
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the areas of your property requiring service, whether or not you are home at the time of the visit. This includes ensuring gates, side access, or other entry points are usable, and disclosing any obstacles in advance where possible. We take care to leave gates and access points as we found them, and will send confirmation, such as a "gate closed" photo, after each visit where applicable.
5. Pets on the property
Our team is comfortable working around friendly dogs. For everyone's safety, we ask that any dog showing aggression or reactive behaviour toward strangers be secured indoors, or that you arrange a visit time when your dog will not be in the serviced area. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a visit if we reasonably believe it's unsafe to proceed.
6. Waste disposal
Waste collected during your service is double-bagged and disposed of in accordance with applicable NSW guidelines, typically placed in your general waste bin for council collection, unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed with you.
7. Liability
We take reasonable care while on your property. However, to the extent permitted by law, Platinum Poops is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided about property access, pets, or yard conditions. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in how we operate. The current version will always be available on this page, with the "last updated" date shown above.
